How an Ultrasonic Bag Sealing Machine Works An ultrasonic bag sealing machine converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations using an ultrasonic generator and transducer. These vibrations are transmitted to a sealing horn and anvil, which apply pressure to the bag material.
The ultrasonic vibrations generate localized heat through friction, causing the thermoplastic layers of the bag to soften and fuse together, creating a strong and uniform seal. Once the vibration stops, the material cools and forms a durable bond.
